Music Video for the band Heka.

Mix of 3D animation, rotoscope and live action footage. Maya, Arnold,  Photoshop and AfterEffects.

For a while I wanted to explore the way renderers and compression codecs often struggle with black to color gradients, especially RGB, and use this to create glitches and artifacts. Interestingly enough YouTube has added it’s own layer of it.
